Once you have a detailed set of information you can look to introduce your client and candidate to one another.
The recruitment concept is fairly simple in its basic form, the real skill is in the application of the knowledge you have learned. At Maxim we will always endeavor to treat client and candidate the same. One of the companies main principals is "candidate today client tomorrow" this can also be true in the reverse.
