We have contracted surgeries throughout the Cardiff area, but if one of them does not match your requirements then we will try to get one that will.
At Maxim Healthcare we ensure our candidates are able to communicate with us in case of sudden emergencies, therefore we are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
The applicant will need:
- CV with 2 referees
- Copies of your GMC, JCPTGP or PMETB certificate
- Copies of your Smart Card
- Full Medical Insurance
- Primary Care Trust Listing letter (PCT Listing)
- Passport showing the Photograph Page
- Immunization report within the last 5 years showing your Hepatitis B
- Enhanced CRB dates with in the last 3 years.
