Shaun has worked in recruitment for more than 20 years and for some of the largest recruitment companies in the world. He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the company that he started four years ago. Always willing to talk to people, he has built the team that has become Maxim. Shaun remains committed to developing the company's strategic market approach whilst also being fully aware that he will always want to be personally involved in the day to day running of the business.
Sarah's career to date has seen her work with one of the country's largest independent charities, and latterly one of the country's biggest manufacturer of confectionery. Sarah's commitment and hard work has proved to be one of the driving forces behind the growth of the company. Sarah possesses excellent customer service skills and a level of integrity seldom seen in a recruitment consultant. Sarah has worked at Maxim for four years and remains committed to the company's development.
Kat comes from a recruitment background with eight years experience in healthcare and heads our new national healthcare division. She has a unique friendly approach which ensures her clients and candidates each receive her utmost attention.
Ian Knee Ian recently rejoined Maxim from Esprit people, having worked in recruitment for just over 20 years he brings a wealth of experience and professionalism, difficult to find in most modern consultants. Ian's previous experience is mainly in the blue collar sector, but he has come back to Maxim for a challenge in running a GP desk for the south and south east. He is well known for his no nonsense approach, freely giving his time to his candidates and clients who are genuinely interested in a positive match. Ian worked for Maxim several years ago but left to pursue a more active and challenging role that Maxim couldn't offer at the time. We wish him every success in the future.
